The Glen Announces Sue Knowles as New Wellness Director

The Glen at Lake Oconee Village announces the hiring of Sue Knowles as its new Wellness Director.

Sue Knowles brings a solid reputation as an advocate for exercise and good nutrition to her position at The Glen at Lake Oconee Village. She is a certified yoga fitness instructor (including paddleboard yoga) and Reiki Master. Sue is also a wellness coach, is certified in CPR and is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. She previously taught hospitality at the College of Technology in Worcestershire, England.

Originally from the United Kingdom, Sue has been lived in Madison, Georgia, for the last 15 years and has worked with clients in Lake Community for approximately 10 years. “It’s about setting achievable goals that will support an active and healthy life style no matter your age,” says Sue. “It’s never too late to make changes that have a positive impact on your quality of life.”
