Phil Stalvey, Director of Plant Operations

Phil’s love for repairs and maintenance started at an early age. “Much to my parents chagrin I would take everything apart, although getting it back together was the challenge,” said Phil. “This began a lifelong adventure into building operations.” Phil studied at Chattahoochee Technical college and has a diploma in heating and air-conditioning. He has worked as an apartment maintenance supervisor, Chief engineer for high-rise office buildings in Atlanta, Facilities Director for Johnson Ferry Baptist church, and Director of Buildings and Grounds for Wesleyan school in Atlanta. Phil also has numerous licenses and certifications in building operation, including a universal refrigeration license CFC’s, boiler operator certification, BOMA maintenance supervisor certificate, BOMA electrical certificate, indoor air quality certificate, and Trane chiller operator certificate.

“My wife and I decided to relocate to lake country which brings us to this new and exciting opportunity,” said Phil. “I am passionate about customer service and do all I can to beat expected results. I am very excited to be a part of The Glen at Lake Oconee family.”
